There are currently no Medical Cannabis dispensaries located in Somerset KY.

The 1st one opened in Beaver Dam KY, about 2 hours southwest of Louisville. The 2nd is expected to open in Boone County in Northern KY.

Card holders can also obtain medical cannabis from Ohio in limited quantities.

A Kentucky Medical Cannabis Card holder can purchase up to a 30 day supply of cannabis every 25 days. This can include:

• 112 grams of raw plant material

• 28 grams of concentrates 

  • Vape cartridges, nebulizer solutions. 

• 3900mg of THC infused products

  • Edibles, pills, capsules, oils, liquids, beverages, tinctures, suppositories, dermal patches. 

• No limit on non consumable (topical) products

  • Gels, creams, lotions, ointments, cosmetics, soaps. 

• Consuming medical cannabis by smoking is prohibited by state law.
